Meeting TOMORROW and Advocacy Opportunity from National Alliance to End Homelessness (Jerry Jones)

In less than two weeks, Congress will begin voting on the largest infusion of affordable housing funding since the era of modern homelessness began – up to $318 billion as part of the pending $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill. We have a once-in-an-generation opportunity to expand the availability of housing for people experiencing homelessness.

Please join the Alliance’s National Field Meeting tomorrow, September 2 at 3:00 Eastern / 12:00 noon Pacific for an important briefing on this upcoming vote. You can register here: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_r-Do7SRBQLe29mIwlRlu9w

Tomorrow’s virtual meeting will be facilitated by lived experience advocate LaRae Cantley and includes Steve Berg (Vice President for Programs and Policy at the National Alliance to End Homelessness), Ann Oliva (Vice President for Housing Policy at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities), and Sarah Saadian (Vice President of Public Policy at the National Low Income Housing Coalition).
