Round 8 Extended and Round 9 Opens Tomorrow
California COVID-19 Relief Grant Program Great news! The application deadline for Round 8 of the California COVID-19 Relief Grant Program, for qualifying arts and cultural organizations, has been extended to September 30 at 5 pm PT .

More great news, Round 9 will open tomorrow, September 9, and close on September 30 at 5 pm PT . CalNonprofits has upcoming three webinars to answer your questions about the grant, and go through the application process with an emphasis on how nonprofits can fit into the application form. We also have dedicated staff providing virtual office hours and phone support to help you with the application. Contact information below.

EXTENDED Round 8: August 27 – September 30
For qualifying arts and cultural organizations not already funded in other rounds.

Round 9: September 9 – September 30
For new applicants and those denied for applying on the wrong form previously. Those waitlisted do not need to reapply, your application will be reviewed in this round. Round 8 applicants should also apply in Round 9 using a different email address.

ATI IN THE COMMUNITY

ATI staff is out and about each week meeting with stakeholders, community members and people impacted by the justice system. These field meetings help bring important policies to life, introduce us to those on the frontlines who are working day after day to better our communities and connect us with the people we are ultimately trying to lift up.
Last week, Judge Songhai Armstead visited HOPICS’ various facilities where individuals and families live, work and play — with the goal of returning to their community with supports and services. Click here to see some highlights of the visit.
