Don’t miss your chance to take the CCAT in 2021!

LAHSA is excited to offer service providers the opportunity to assess, prioritize, and strengthen their organizational capacity with the  Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT) , developed by  TCC Group .  This opportunity is offered AT NO COST to service providers!

The CCAT is an online survey that measures your nonprofit’s effectiveness in relation to four core capacities — leadership, adaptability, management, and technical capacities — as well as organizational culture. The tool also helps organizations identify their Lifecycle Stage and provides a real-time findings report and a customized capacity building plan. Over 6,000 organizations (including over 100 LAHSA service providers) have taken the CCAT and used it to assess and strengthen organizational capacity in order to increase their mission-driven impact.

The CCAT will be open from Monday, August 16th to Friday, September 10th.  After completing the CCAT, all providers will be eligible to take part in a 90-minute one-on-one interpretation call with a CCAT facilitator. During the CCAT interpretation, providers will receive facilitated coaching designed to assist them in prioritizing the CCAT report recommendations, target the most critical capacity building needs, and work toward organizational change.

This will be the last chance to take the CCAT before the spring of 2022!

FOR ORGANIZATIONS NEW TO THE CCAT:  Please register here  to attend one of TCC Group’s upcoming CCAT Orientation sessions (8/11, 8/12, 8/16, and 8/18; see registration form for times).
